Alan Beere Catering of Bishops Stortford,
has catered for the Forest Supper for the last four years
and as everyone seems happy with the provisions
we're repeating arrangements for this year.
The menu will include:
cold meat cuts with appropriate sauces,
Poached Salmon,
a vegetarian option.
And a selection of salads
new potatoes
choice of two desserts
followed by coffee.
We will supply the usual wine and soft drinks.

There will be Harry's quizzes, goods for sale:
new Xmas cards, mugs, greetings cards, teatowels, books -
- and, of course, good company!
We have invited local MPs, Verderers,
Chairman and Deputy of the EF & Commons Committee,
Superintendent of EF, Chairman of the LGBC and CPR Essex...
and many others connected with the management of EF.
There will be opportunities to meet and chat with them,
and other Friends.

The tickets are £17.00 a head.
Again, this is a TICKET ONLY event.
and we normally SELL-OUT fairly quickly!
Tickets will be issued on a first come/first accepted basis.
As in previous years we expect demand to be high,
and so we suggest requests are submitted ASAP,
and certainly BEFORE Tuesday 10th Nov.
Large tables can now seat 10-12 people!

which amazes all with the variety and quality of prizes!
