Volunteers welcome

Volunteers welcome – would you like to get involved?

Perhaps you’d like to join our team of volunteer Information Assistants
at the Epping Forest Visitor Centre at High Beach?
10- 4pm summer and 10 -3 pm Winter Thursday to Sundays & Bank Hols
Training, uniforms and support provided. Good company and lots of interest
from visitors. Share your love of Epping Forest with others.
Assistants are asked to volunteer once a fortnight.

Or would you like to be involved with the Centre as an Activity Volunteer?
Come at peak times to help with family activities, Centre events or groups
with special needs visiting High Beach Easy Access Trail.

What about supporting groups with learning difficulties in the Forest?
Help them to take part in conservation activities in the Forest.
Tuesday mornings & Fridays. (Led by the Epping Forest Centenary Trust.)

Or join the Thursday Green Team for Forest habitat tasks?
(Led by Epping Forest Centenary Trust.)

Would you be keen to organize our attendance or staff our stall
at local fairs and fetes in the summer?

Or help us with developing our policy and planning responses, helping
us to protect and preserve the Forest?

You could help us with the Epping Forest Centenary Walk –
give out drinks en route, act as a walk helper,
undertake publicity for the walk and more...

Or lead on our press and publicity -
we do some great stuff, but don’t always have
the resources or special skills to ensure everyone knows about it!

Help us survey parts of the Forest recording users and impact
